We want you to love your Orla Kiely home products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all colorful textiles and homeware remain in their original packaging with tags attached.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Orla Kiely packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the completed returns form.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
